27 year old patient, 6 feet tall, 160 pounds with 2 children. Patient wanted to have sag removed from breasts and increase overall size.
She is shown 2 months after Vertical mastopexy and placement of 380cc ( on the left) and 380cc ( on the right) saline filled smooth round implants. Size: preop 36C, postop 36DD.
