with no children. Desires fuller looking breast. Pt. chose augmentation only over breast lift, as she wanted a more natural look. 2.5 Months Postop. Subglandular silicone implants/ 325cc. 34C-34D

38 year old patient, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 138 pounds with no children desiring a natural, more proportionate breast size.

Breast Implants – Case Study 6
50 y.o., 5 ft. 11 inches. Wt. 122 lbs., 4 children. Referred by two fellow co-workers who had breast augmentation by Dr. Bass, she was convinced he was the doctor to do her surgery. Although her pre-children breast size was a 34A cup, her breast size increased to a 36C cup during pregnancy. After pregnancy she kept a small 34B cup until her recent weight loss where she lost most all of her cup size.
Pre-surgery size: 34 AA
Solution: Due to her thin skin and small amount of breast tissue, Dr. Bass recommended using Silicone/gel implants. Her incision is transaxillary, and placement of implants is under the muscle to provide for more coverage of the implant. Surgery restored loss volume and gave her a nice soft balance to her body frame. Patient’s self-esteem is way up since surgery and states “this is how I’ve always wanted to look! I love them!” Shown at 2 months postop, patient is wearing a 36D bra.
